your nervous system a chance to relax, so
that we can work through
past experiences and locate the
energetic and emotional blockages
that are keeping you from
being truly actualized. We unravel the
interconnectedness of
your history. I relay back to you what I see and
experience as
you talk, mirroring back the information, finding levity,
light,
and even humor. Then I help you integrate and put energy
back
into your body so you feel grounded and safe. By shining
the light
into the dark spaces we begin to heal.
