MY JOURNEY:

I was always called toward
entrepreneurship, I had this
deep desire to create freedom for myself...

Growing up in the North East of England below
the poverty line, I saw very
little freedom of time,
finance, passion and honestly? Freedom of choice.

I knew I wanted something different. So much so
that I actually moved out
when I was 13, and around
that age is when I started experimenting with
building businesses online. I felt like that was my
ā€œway outā€ - a ticket to to
creating a future that
looked very different to my current reality.

Fast forward, entrepreneurship gave me
many things, but freedom of time was not
one of them.

My first business that ever *took off* was a DTC
supplement company.

I started it in my early 20s
and we started to see some success: we shipped
Ā
to over 60 countries within a few months, started
building a cult onlineĀ

following and soon saw
ourselves stocked on the shelves of over 200
storesĀ

across the UK.

On the outside, everything looked incredible, but
behind the scenes weĀ
could barely pay our bills.
Cash flow was a nightmare, I knew nothing about

raising money and I didn’t know anyone else I could
ask for support in this.

Then, Bossbabe was born.

After going at it alone for a few years, I realized
there had to be more women out
there like me.
Instead of building my business with the help of
Google, I selfishly
wanted to learn from the best…
so, I decided to start an online community and

believed this would be the best way to bring in
mentors we all wanted to learn from.

Within the first year of launching the Bossbabe
Membership, ā€œThe SociĆ©tĆ©ā€, we
became the
world’s largest membership community of female
entrepreneurs. The
business hit 7 figures in it’s
first year, and we were attracting billion dollar
founders
to share their wisdom with our group.

Eight figures before the age of 30...

Bossbabe grew faster than I could’ve ever imagined.
Within a few years, we were
a household name, had
amassed a following of millions across the world and

crossed the multiple 8-figure mark in revenue.

I believe that scaling a business so quickly is better
than MBA, and not only did it
teach me a lot about
business… but it taught me a lot about myself.
I learned how
much I valued my own freedom, and
that at a certain point, swapping money for
freedom
of time just doesn’t make sense.

While I was hearing the narrative that ā€œscaling
a business requires stress and
sacrificeā€ - I agreed
to an extent, AND, had a deep desire to see if
I could do things
differently.

What if I could figure out the path to scaling with
intention: hiring well, delegating
effectively and
staying focused on fewer things that moved the
needle? Up until
this point, we’d scaled through
sheer force, but that wasn’t sustainable.

I ALMOST WALKED AWAY...

In the trenches of post-partum, I decided that a
business which requires my attention 24/7 wasn’t
for me in that season of life. I felt like I was spinning
10 plates, pouring into the cup of everyone else,
and neglecting myself more and more as the weeks
went on.

I made the call to walk away. I was ready to start
again from scratch, if it meant building a business
that gave me more freedom. We entered
negotiations with open minds to figure out what
this meant.

Ultimately, I ended up buying out my co-founder
and taking on the entire company. The back-end of
the business looked like a tornado had hit it, after
so many years of scaling so quickly. I spent over a
year restructuring, systemizing and refreshing
everything the brand ever was.

I believe that the highest form of wealth
is freedom of time, in good health.

And I also believe that entrepreneurship is an
incredible vehicle for getting there.

My mission is to help women like you build
freedom-based businesses. Businesses that
allow you to build your wealth, grow personally
and professionally, impact the world positively
AND still prioritize what matters most to you in
each season of life. If you’re ready to get started,

I’m sharing everything I know about building a
stable, scalable and profitable business.

beyond THE BUSINESS:

Essential morning brew:

Cappuccino with organic coffee, steamed raw
milk, colostrum
and collagen (and a sprinkle of
coconut sugar!)

My previous lives:

Founded a CPG brand and shipped to 60+
countries & stockedĀ
280+ stores across the UK

Used to pole dance competitively during
University. NGL, thatĀ
was probably the BEST
shape I’ve ever been in.

Productivity ride-or-die:

I’ve meticulously organized my entire life and
business into oneĀ
Notion document and I
literally live by it. There’s nothing worth
noting
that is NOT in there. Get your hands on it here!

#1 Life Lesson?

By the time I was 30, I’d generated $17.5M+ –
but making money
Ā
taught me that the goal
isn’t money. Rather, Ā it’s being able to
Ā
spend
your time however you please.
