Daughters, this is where you have all my attention focused on YOU! The Teen Life Workshops will zero in on the zones of teenage life where you want the most support and guidance.
They’ll teach you how to use mindfulness to handle any big challenges you might face and to feel more confident and at ease in your day-to-day life, no matter what’s going on at home, school or college / uni.
We’ll get specific on mindset strategies you can use for things like feeling great from the inside-out, your academic life and studies, friendships and relationships, and your dreams and future, so you walk away feeling less worried, more in control, and HAPPIER.
All trainings will be recorded, so you can watch or listen to them at your leisure and on the move!
Mindful Parenting Trainings & Guidance
Every month, I’ll give the mums in the membership group suggestions, trainings and coaching to help them become calmer, more relaxed parents, even when life feels chaotic!
You’ll learn how to change the way you deal with parenting stresses, to adopt a mindful approach even when it feels like things are falling to pieces around you, and to be the parent your daughter needs as she moves into adulthood and becomes more independent.
You’ll also be supported to treasure the moments you have with your daughter more, and to create the quality time and memories you want together before she flies the nest.
Mum & Teen Girl Challenges & Activities
Mindful-U isn’t just about learning mindfulness – it’s about putting it into practice and taking action!
Every month, I’ll give you challenges and suggestions for how you can implement what you’ve learnt in the trainings, with ideas for how you and your daughter can put the techniques you’ve discovered into practice in your everyday lives.
The challenges are designed to help the two of you enjoy what you’re learning, take time out for self-care, and fit in some time to bond. Think of completing them as like taking a spa day together -- but for your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being!
