Hi, I’m Jen.

Today I’m known by many as a brain-based
business coach, speaker, and the creator
of the CEO Psyche brand and podcast —
who helps aspiring and seasoned coaches
build world-class coaching businesses.

From an insecure, shy girl, who felt like
the side-kick in her own story, my journey
with online business started back in 2011,
when I graduated with a psychology
degree, realized I was done playing by
everyone else’s rules, and decided to do
the things that would “Feed my soul”

Hi, I’m Jen.

I had no idea at the time, that entering the
online space with a side hustle selling workout
DVD’s, and being introduced to the world of
personal development, would, over the next 10
years, evolve into a 7-Figure business, helping
thousands of coaches, course creators, and
service-based entrepreneurs.

…And what you might not
know, is that missing a family
holiday in 2014 was behind
catalyst all of this.

Flashback…

2014

It was Easter, April 20th, 2014, and I was standing in the
empty bar, of my thankless restaurant job of 7 years, when
I asked my manager if I could leave early.

He said to me, “If you have no tables and nothing to do,
why don’t you get on your hands and knees and clean
the base of the bar.”

I thought he was joking.
He wasn’t.

I stood there, arms crossed, lump in my throat, heat rising
into my face, choking back tears as I watched my coworkers
put on gloves and dive head first into the grime.

I went into the bathroom, leaned against the cold tile and
cried tears of relief, because I knew I was finally done.

I put in my two weeks
and never looked back.

You see, I had a new level of conviction, a new standard
for my life, because just a few days earlier, on April 1, 2014,
I wrote my goal as if it was already done. [ I MADE six-
figures with my online business.]

— And now, I was going
to turn my dream
into a reality.

Unfortunately, not everyone could see the size
and clarity of my vision…

When I told my parents, they were concerned.
When I told my friends, they were confused.

When I told my now fiancé, he was like - do
what makes you happy! #keeper

Now, in hindsight, I
GET their hesitance…

2015

With a degree in psychology and post-grad acting
conservatory training… I was choosing to do a somewhat
irrational pivot to business.

I mean, at the time, my business experience consisted of
me making a few hundred dollars a month in a Health &
Fitness Network Marketing company…

…And after stepping away
from that for a full year,
I was truly starting
from scratch.

  • - I had no social media following
  • - I didn’t know what an email list was

Oh, I also had NO six-figure program ideas — at least not YET.

I decided to get some online cash flow going by restarting
in my previous NWM company…

2017

And after almost two years of company accolades
and paid vacations, I was at a place where when
someone asked about “the best greens to eat” I
wanted to scream — “GOOGLE IT!!!”

I realized my real passion
was in online marketing.

In late 2015, when a dear friend said,“I want to hire you
as my business coach.” — I knew it was time to finally
turn my dream into a reality.

I hard pivoted, changed everything, and
business exploded.

And finally, two and a half years after I wrote that initial
goal to create a six-figure program,

I had my first official
launch, and I got to cross
it off my vision board.

BUT… in the months to follow, working with hundreds of
students, and crossing $700k in revenue… I started to
notice some patterns
within the industry and within my
coaching program that did not feel aligned.

In every online program I took, I saw the same trends
in the students, where some would thrive, and others
would hide. You’d always have:

The rockstars, who show up, implement, and
get results.

The underdogs, who have so much potential,
who just kept doubting themselves.

The cheerleaders, who pour into others,
sometimes putting their work second.

The complainers, who only showed up to
vent about something in their business.

The observers, who never post anything IN
the group, but read every post.

The ghosts, who invest, but never even
log in to the program.

2018

“Why was there such a large gap in results? And how
could I help more students get results?”

This became my obsession.

I began relentlessly studying the art of coaching, deep diving
into the psychology of learning, and listening to old coaching
calls to really pinpoint the spots where my clients most
often felt stuck, defeated, or fearful.

In 2018, I made a decision to redesign my signature program
in a way that was engineered to keep my clients
taking aligned, inspired action.

This time I was skipping the “messy action” and instead
going for world-class.

NOW

It was then that I developed my brain-based program
design methodology,
the same method I have taught it to
thousands of coaches and course creators, to help them
build and sell, profitable coaching programs.

Today as a 7-Figure CEO,
I help coaches build world-
class coaching businesses,
through my top-rated
podcast CEO Psyche,
pcourses, programs, and
high-level mastermind.
